Bakery and Pastry-making are traditionally and universally considered as delicate and complex sectors, seen the range of products and the variety of cooking systems involved.In order to guarantee global coverage of the market, Foinox produces two lines of Professional Ovens: FP line, suitable for simple pastry, especially frozen and semifinished products and Délice line, which offers the most professional oven, suitable for the delicate fresh pastries of the most demanding Pastry-cooks.Every Pastry-cook will be able to choose the optimal combination of appliances depending on his/her specific needs and working habits.

 
Convection ovens for pastries and bread
The FP range of Foinox ovens, specific for high level pastry making and bread, can use two different cooking methods: convection alone or with humidification for cooking more delicate foods.
